RETURN POLICY All returns should follow the conditions listed below and will be accepted for store credit only, which does not expire and can be used any time online. No direct refunds will be issued. CONDITIONS -All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery -Items must be returned unworn and in the same condition as it was received -Items that do not comply with the guidelines are subject to refusal and will be returned at the customer’s expense – If the return is due to a mistake in sizing made by the customer then the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the bracelets to our facilities WANT TO RETURN? HERE’S HOW: DOMESTIC ORDERS -Refer to your order confirmation email to submit your return -Once the return request is completed, a return form will be provided. Securely pack your return form along with the items of choice -Attach the return shipping label to your package -Drop package off at U.S. Postal Service mailbox or post office -Double Bone is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping INTERNATIONAL ORDERS -Fill out a return form. -Securely pack the filled return form along with the items you wish to return in your package of choice -Customer is responsible for cost of sending product back WHOLESALE ORDERS -We may accept returns after 7 days of receiving your goods. -Defective items will be accepted for exchange or repair within 14 days from the date of purchase. -No money will be refunded, only credit from Double Bone.
